Smiddy & Co were privileged to join fellow surveyors on a tour of the new logistics park at Hemel Hempstead this morning.
Prologis Park, fronting Breakspear Way on the Maylands Estate is providing new ‘Grade A’ Industrial and Distribution space from 8,611 – 169,000 sq ft and have already signed up Hermes on a pre-letting of DC2 amounting to some 80,000 sq ft. The Hermes unit (the steelwork pictured in the background) is expecting to be ready by October with the balance of the scheme being practically completed by December.
Well located to Jct.8 of the M1 Motorway and being in the Enviro_Tech Enterprise Zone offers qualifying occupiers business rates discounts and additional tax breaks.
